Jessie Whitney has been a valuable member of our team at Minlopro Partners since he joined. As a certified Salesforce Admin (and with 14 certifications total), he has helped numerous clients to implement Salesforce and optimize their workflows. On “How I Solved It,” Jessie shared his experience of working with a client that didn’t have an effective way to see year-over-year performance. He utilized formula fields and reporting within Salesforce to make a dashboard for the leadership team, which ultimately allowed them to make smarter decisions about investments and planning.
