Minlopro Partners is proud to announce that one of our employees, Director of Business Analysis & Training Jessie Whitney, was recently featured on Salesforce’s show “How I Solved It.” Hosted by Principal Admin Evangelist Gillian Bruce, the series explores how Salesforce Admins solve business problems using automation, data, and security tools.

Jessie Whitney has been a valuable member of our team at Minlopro Partners since he joined. As a certified Salesforce Admin (and with 14 certifications total), he has helped numerous clients to implement Salesforce and optimize their workflows. His expertise in automation and data management has helped clients to streamline their processes and achieve greater efficiency.

 

On “How I Solved It,” Jessie shared his experience of working with a client that didn’t have an effective way to see year-over-year performance. He utilized formula fields and reporting within Salesforce to make a dashboard for the leadership team, which ultimately allowed them to make smarter decisions about investments and planning.
